How to place order

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ?

Step:

1.    Register a new account, or login if you are already our member.
2.    For registration, fill up your personal and delivery details.
3.    Search for your desired product, click
“Add to Cart”, or click on product for more information.
4.    Pop-up shows
“Add to cart” success, continue shopping, or click “Checkout” for payment.

 

 

 

5.    Click on the “Checkout” button.
6.    -  Check and confirm your delivery address, choose on your preferable method either by delivery or pick up your order from our store.
      -   Choose the payment method you prefer to.(MOLPay is a payment gateway for Visa and most of the online banking, where bank transfer is through either cash deposit, transferring from bank account either offline or online.
      -    Leave us any message if you have any.
7.    Enter voucher code if you have any. Proceed to payment by clicking “continue”
8.    a) For MOLPay payment, click
any preferable platform from the list to proceed into Pop-up link for payment.
       b) For Bank Transfer method, kindly inform our customer service team after payment done by sending your Order ID and a photo of the receipt to the followingcontacts:

Note: The following describes the meaning of each order status you will see them in your order:
“Pending” – Your order is waiting for payment.
“Processing” – We’ve received your payment, please allow us to process it within 24 hours. If your order has no changing in order status after 24 hours, please let us know.
“Shipped” – Your order is on the way to your hand! Check your mail for tracking number and details.
